Friday, June 3

Check in with Alumni Relations to receive your registration materials and updated weekend schedule. Be sure to make this you first stop when you arrive on campus.

In a hurry? Stop by to grab coffee, water, snack, or reunion information. Need to slow down? Sit down, visit with friends, and enjoy the air conditioning!

10 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
50th Reunion Morning Session and Lunch
Lilly Family Gallery, Chambers Building
Members of the Class of 1966 are invited to join classmates for this special session to kick off their 50th reunion.

1-5:45 p.m.
Back-to-School Classes and Tours
All classes are invited to recapture the heart of the college experience–time spent learning in the classroom. Get back to campus early to hear from fellow alumni faculty, community members, and other Davidson notables on a wide variety of topics, in numerous formats, designed to reach the curiosity and interest of reunion-goers across the ages. Visit the Back-to-School Classes page to see all the classes and tours that were offered in 2015. A list of this year's classes will be available in Spring 2016. 

2-4 p.m.
Faculty Office Hours
Various faculty will be available in their offices for individual meetings and conversations. A list of specific faculty will be available prior to the weekend.

6-7 p.m.
Friday Night Services
Temple Kol Tikvah
All are welcome to join the Lake Norman Jewish community for their Friday night worship service.

6-10 p.m.
Camp Reunion
A variety of activities will be provided for children and teenagers ages 4-14 throughout the night. Dinner will be served. Pre-registration is encouraged.

6:30-10 p.m.
5th-45th Reunion Welcome Back Party
Alvarez College Union
Join most reunion classes, college faculty, and staff to celebrate the weekend's festivities! Enjoy a fajita bar and beverages with your classmates at this kick-off celebration featuring various activities and great music.

6:30 p.m.
50th-60th Reunion Dinner
Individual class dinners will take place for those celebrating their 50th, 55th, and 60th reunions. Join fellow class members at this special reception and dinner. Start times will vary by class. The final time and location of this cornerstone class event will be included in your weekend schedule at the Welcome Center and published on your class website. Come ready to take your class photo!

Continue hanging out with old friends at the new on-campus Summit Coffee. Beer, wine, and snacks will be available for purchase.

Those celenbrating their 55th reunion and beyond are invited to join for this special welcome by President Quillen and a presentation by Jan Blodgett, the college archivist.

A Conversation with President Carol Quillen
Duke Family Performance Hall, Knobloch Campus Center
Hear from our 18th president, Carol Quillen, about the current priorities and initiatives of our campaign, "Game Changers: Inspiring Leaders to Transform the World." Questions-and-answers to follow.

Avant Garde Lunch and Induction Ceremony

Those celenbrating their 55th reunion and beyond are invited to join for this lunch and induction ceremony for new members of the Avant Garde.

Enjoy a family-friendly afternoon eating lunch with classmates and having fun on the lawn. Family members will enjoy the activities, including bounce houses, Sno-Cone machines, and other games.

Enjoy an afternoon of food and fun at the Lake Campus! Food trucks will be available for food purchase.

Academic Building Visits 
Take a walk down memory lane by visiting several academic buildings.Check back closer to Reunion Weekend for a listing of buildings that will be open. Please note that some of the classrooms will be locked due to set-up for academic summer camps or safety rules.

Reunion Weekend Service Project

Stop by the service tent on Chambers Lawn to help assemble activity bags and decorate cards for children at the Levine and Dickson Hospice Center in Huntersville.

1:30 -2:30 p.m.

Remembrance Ceremony at War Memorials

Join us as we honor deceased alumni veterans of World War I, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Iraq War, and the War in Afghanistan.

3:30-4:30 p.m.
Alumni of Color Engagement (ACE) and Davidson Black Alumni Network (DBAN) Reception 
Join alumni and other members of the campus community in the Spencer-Weinstein Center for Community and Justice to explore one of our crucial spaces. Light refreshments and adult beverages wil be served.

4:30-5:30 p.m.
Gay-Straight Alumni Network of Davidson (GSAND) Reception 
Join staff and students in a reception for members and allies of the growing LGBTQ community.

5:30-11 p.m.
Camp Reunion
