Investment Banking Analyst Position Description
Analysts are expected to develop rapidly through hard work, maturity, and self-confidence. Fidus Partners offers a flexible environment that rewards initiative and allows analysts to assume as much responsibility as they can handle. Duties and challenges for more experienced and capable analysts may include participation in presentations to clients and interaction with potential strategic and financial acquirors. The analyst position is structured as a two- to three-year program with the possibility of promotion to associate for outstanding performers. Additionally, the analyst position at Fidus Partners serves as an excellent springboard for a future position within private equity and provides invaluable preparation for business school. We are considering candidates for both our Charlotte and New York offices.
