Meditation: A Tool for Conscience Living

The Tibetan Monks of the Drepung Loseling Monestary will be giving a talk on meditation as a tool for conscience living. Meditation is an important technique for quieting the mind and establishing an inner basis of clarity and well-being. Meditation allows us to relax from within the core of our spirit, and better understand the process that make up our life. The Monks will guide through some meditative techniques aimed at strengthening inner qualities that are important to life forces. A Q&A will follow the lecture and guided meditation.
