The college is open and will operate as normal today. Employees are encouraged to use discretion in their commutes to campus.
Meet our students in person to have the greatest impact on your recruitment. You can interact with our students and share information with them about full-time or internship positions in many ways.
We can host you for an information session in the Student Union or in one of the many academic facilities on campus. We are happy to reserve a room for you on campus, assist you with your audio-visual needs, and connect you with Davidson's catering department.
Our students prefer 4:30 or 7:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday during the school year. We are also opening some new times during our campus break time known as Common Hour, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. Check the recruitment calendar for holidays and breaks.

Setting up an interview day (or two or three) at Davidson gives you easy access to our students and is often the first step before bringing finalists to your office. Our office uses a web-based recruiting system to schedule interviews and manage the transmission of applications. You will be given access to the online database so that you can manage your candidate selection if you wish to do so.
Half-day, full-day, pre-screened, open signup, multiple rooms, staggered schedules, case studies – we've seen them all. We will custom-build the schedule to fit your particular needs and provide you space in our designated interview rooms.
We understand that not every employer can make it to campus. Davidson has had good luck in recent months with virtual sessions or webinars. GoToMeeting Webinar is a popular choice for conducting Powerpoint presentations for our students without leaving your home office. Employers sometimes choose Skype or teleconference options. We advertise and support these sessions in the same manner as our on-campus presentations to bring you as much student interaction as possible.

Many employers and graduate program representatives use this service, especially if they are new to Davidson and want to build their brand recognition among students. We place the tables in the Alvarez Student Union, the center of student life, which houses the students' mailboxes, the Davis Café, Student Activities, the Center for Civic Engagement, the Chaplain's Office and several campus organizations.
We can help you set up a table in the union each day with 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (M-F) being the most popular time.

Davidson hosts the Greater Charlotte Law School Fair each year. This will be our only on-campus career fair for the 2014-15 school year.
Davidson is a proud member of the Selective Liberal Arts Consortium (SLAC). Through this program, employers can meet with Davidson students and students from 13 other colleges across the country during one of four recruiting days. Current programs are held in Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Washington D.C.
