Student Technology provides help with keeping your computer or mobile devices up and running on the Davidson network.

Contact us at or 704-894-2900. Select option 2 for students and then choose the option that relates to your problem or question. You can also text us at 704-769-5444 (monitored during business hours plus Student Tech office hours listed below).

The Student Tech office is staffed when classes are in session. For Spring 2016, our hours are as follows:

Sunday 1-11 p.m.
Monday 10:30 a.m.-11 p.m.
Tuesday  1-11 p.m.
Wednesday 10:30 a.m.-11 p.m.
Thursday 1-11 p.m.
Friday 10:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday Closed

We are located on the main level of the E.H. Little Library. Go past the Information Desk and turn left. We are around the corner.

Get Connected to the Network

To help us arrive at a solution faster in getting connected to the network, please include the following pieces of information:

  • Your name
  • Operating system of your computer or type of device you're using
  • Description of the problem
  • Application you are using (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook 2016, Outlook Web, etc.)
  • Exact error message, if you received one
