Ticket Office

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office in the Knobloch Campus Center, online at the Union Ticket Office, or over the phone at 704-894-2135.

Group Tickets

Group tickets at a reduced rate are available for groups of 10 or more. If you are interested in bringing a group, please contact Emily Eisenstadt at 704-894-2192 or email her at emeisenstadt@davidson.edu.

Venue

As one of the region's finest performance venues, the Duke Family Performance Hall (DFPH) has quickly become a popular cultural resource for the Charlotte Metro area. The 600+ seat proscenium theatre is housed within the Knobloch Campus Center along with the Alvarez College Union, creating a seamless relationship between academics, art, entertainment, and college community life. The entrance to the performance hall is located on the atrium level (second floor) of the campus center.

Seating Policy

Doors open approximately 30 minutes before curtain time. Tickets are general admission. As a courtesy to performers and audience members, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable pause in the performance.

Parking

Parking is available in the Baker Sports Complex lot with handicap parking available directly behind the Knobloch Campus Center.

Accessibility

C. Shaw & Nancy K. Smith Artist Series performances are accessible to people of all abilities. Ample wheelchair seating is available. The Duke Family Performance Hall is equipped with assistive listening devices upon request. With advance notice, we are eager to provide any other assistance needed. Electronic Devices

Cameras and recorders of any kind are not allowed in the Duke Family Performance Hall. Cell phones and beepers must be silenced or turned off. No text messaging please, as it is distracting to fellow audience members.

A Note to Community Parents

Parents should exercise discretion in deciding which events are appropriate for their children. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket. Please, no babes-in-arms.

Discounts & Refunds

All ticket discounts must be taken at the time of purchase, and discounts cannot be combined. Refunds are not offered, except in the case of a cancelled performance. All events are subject to change.
