James Beard Award-Winning Chef Sean Sherman Lunch

James Beard award-winning chef Sean Sherman (Oglala Lakota) will present authentic dishes from a range of indigenous cuisines from throughout the Americas. Sherman is part of the indigenous food sovereignty movement working for the reclamation of American Indian culinary traditions and the restoration of Native health and homelands. Sherman will speak about the intersection between his activism and culinary work. His book, The Sioux Chef's Indigenous Kitchen, will be available for sale and signing.
