The Leadership Fellows Program is a signature program bringing together 48 students to expand their capacity for leadership, to learn from one another, and to apply their learning at Davidson and beyond. The purpose is to develop exceptional leaders who will make a lifetime impact and exemplify the values of Davidson College: honor, service, leadership, community, and respect for the dignity and worth of all people. 

About the Program

Leadership Fellows Program a three year commitment that includes 16 sophomores, 16 juniors, and 16 seniors. Students are engaged in an experienced-based curriculum that builds self-awareness, increases student abilities to address complex problems, builds meaningful relationships, and encourages action. The components include:

  • Cohort seminars
  • All Leadership Fellows gatherings
  • 1-to-1 Leadership Fellows dialogue
  • Coaching, peer coaching, and mentoring
  • A summer immersion experience
