Lecture on Ukraine with Matthew Rojansky

"The 'Great Game' in Eastern Europe? Ukraine, Russia and the West in the Aftermath of Revolution and Conflict" by Matthew Rojansky, director at the Kennan Institute, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.

An expert on U.S. relations with the states of the former Soviet Union, Rojansky has advised governments and intergovernmental organizations on conflict resolution and security. From 2010-13, he was the deputy director of the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where he founded Carnegie’s Ukraine Program. From 2007-10 he served as executive director of the Partnership for a Secure America.
