Last May, with generous support from the Bacca Humanities Development Fund, fifteen colleagues from a broad range of disciplines traveled to Cuba for a collaborative research trip, engaging with artists, academics, and intellectuals. During this evening symposium, participants will show photos and share reflections on their Cuba experience and how it has enriched their research and classroom teaching.
The evening will have a soirée atmosphere, with refreshments, music, and opportunities for conversation with participants.
Free and open to the public. No tickets required.
Sponsored by the Bacca Humanities Development Fund, the Department of Hispanic Studies, and the Department of Russian Studies.
