The Wall Street Journal recently detailed what life is like on college campuses that have been mostly empty since mid-March due to the spread of the coronavirus.
Davidson students were featured prominently in the story. Seniors Siân Lewis and Bryce Perry-Martin, and junior Samuel Owusu share details from their odd new routine.
Lewis, a senior admissions fellow from England, surveys the now-quiet senior apartments while Wildcat defensive tackle Perry-Martin continues his football workouts on Stephen B. Smith Field at a responsible distance from his teammates.
Perry-Martin is still adjusting to the new routine: “It just hits you,” he said. “Everything’s completely different.”
