Background
I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University. Combining depth and practicality, I strive to create a compassionate and safe space to take strategic self-action toward a life of greater well-being, purpose, and self-awareness. My theoretical approach is grounded in Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral methods. I have a certification in mindfulness, and I am interested in using evidence-based practices to manage stress and anxiety. I am deeply committed to working with college students and supporting them during this pivotal time in their lives. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, social anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions.
