Background

My research area is in geometric group theory. I have been working on understanding rigidity properties of certain lattices in Lie groups. This involves studying the similarities and differences among tessellations arising in various geometries, such as Euclidean and hyperbolic spaces. Additionally, my recent questions have involved creating effectively computable algorithms which I enjoy because it has intersected pure math with computer programming.

My hobbies include volleyball, chess, and juggling. I am also a huge fan of puns and dad jokes.
