Kelli Fagala
Experiential Learning Program Coordinator
Education
- B.A., Davidson College
Background
In my position, I coordinate all aspects of the Davidson Fund for Racial Equity; a 3 year granting program that provides grants for students to explore questions of racial equity through internships, research experiences and civic engagement opportunities. In addition, I work collaboratively with the Experiential Learning Advisory Team (ELAT) on marketing, professional resource development, research and marketing of the Catalyst initiative to raise awareness of and promote high impact experiential learning.
I am a recent graduate of Davidson College where I majored in Sociology. I also worked in Residence Life where I learned the value of leadership opportunities and the importance of building community. During my time as an undergraduate, I completed a thesis that provided the opportunity to pursue research on a topic that I cared deeply about. I am passionate about all students having access to similar high impact opportunities. I am grateful that I get to continue at Davidson as the Experiential Learning Program Fellow!
