Background
I began my career as a Catholic theology teacher at Holy Trinity Diocesan High School. I became a Catholic campus minister in 1997 at St. John's University in New York, and spent many years at Molloy University on Long Island as a campus minister.
I have had a great time working in higher education. I have enjoyed being an adjunct professor of theology, American history, and Western Civilization. One of the greatest pleasures was founding and coaching the men's and women's rugby club at Molloy. After the conclusion of my own 14 year rugby career with St. Bonaventure University, Rockville Centre Rugby, Old Blue, and Long Island Rugby - it felt good to pass on my knowledge and see a new generation take to and love the greatest sport in the world. I have relished working at Davidson with these top-notch student scholars from around the country and the world.
