Consult this timeline to get ready for your arrival to campus. Check back often and embrace flexibility—all dates are subject to change.

| Upon Enrollment | All Students, Optional | Register/Select a Pre-Orientation Program | Browse pre-orientation programs at any time, and pay close attention to registration dates or requirements. Registration for many programs is already happening. |
| Mid-May | All Students | Claim Your Davidson Account | A claim link will be emailed and/or texted to you. You must complete this step in order to complete other required tasks. Contact ti@davidson.edu with questions |
| May 16–July 1 | All Students | Start Medical Forms | With your Davidson account, you may begin submitting your medical forms. The deadline for submission is July 1. |
| May 20 | All Students | Complete New Student Information Form | Sign in and complete the New Student Information Form using your Davidson account |
| Mid-late May | All Students | Complete Housing Preference Form | Information about housing preference will be sent to your Davidson email Mid-late May. Action will be required at this time in order for you to complete your housing selection and roommate matching process. |
| May 31 (8:30 a.m.) – July 1 (5 p.m.) | All Students | Enter Your Course Selections Into WebTree | WebTree (course preference selection platform) opens. Familiarize yourself with Davidson's academic programs and requirements. If you have questions, attend a group Zoom session or talk to one of our summer advisers for assistance. Deadline for WebTree submission is July 1 at 5 p.m. ET. |
| June 1–30 | Students Seeking Employment | Explore Job Postings & Update Your Resumé | If you are seeking student employment, attend a resumé workshop to create your professional resumé. Be sure to also log-in to Handshake using your Davidson credentials and complete your profile to explore our resume templates, select career interests, schedule appointments with Matthews Center advisers, and learn about career exploration events throughout the year. |
| June 1 | All Students | Set Up Banner Proxy Access and Nelnet Authorized Payer Access | Set up Banner Proxy and Nelnet Authorized Payer Access to grant parents and other key people access to your student account details. Your Proxy has access to the 1098T IRS tax form and Financial Aid awards. Your Nelnet Authorized Payer has access to your student billing details and can make payments and set up a monthly payment plan. Both sets-up must be authorized by you in Banner Self-Service. |
| June 1 | Football & Basketball Athletes | DEADLINE: Submit Athletics Medical Forms | Deadline for football and basketball athletes to submit Davidson College Sports Medicine paperwork. |
| June 1 | All Students | Only Davidson Email Will Be Used | All official correspondence will be sent to your Davidson email address starting on June 1. |
| June 18 | Students Taking Language | DEADLINE: Take The Language Placement Test | Deadline for taking the language online placement test, if applicable. |
| July | Athletes | Register With NCAA | Students who intend to participate on a Davidson varsity athletic team need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center. |

All Students | DEADLINE: Submit Class Preferences | Deadline to submit your class preferences through WebTree by 5 p.m. ET. If you have questions, our summer advisers are available for assistance. |

| July 1 | All Students | DEADLINE: Submit Medical Forms | Deadline for submitting medical forms. |
| July 1 | Athletes | DEADLINE: Submit Athletics Medical Forms | Deadline for athletes to submit Davidson College Sports Medicine paperwork. The deadline for football and basketball athletes is June 1. |
| Early July | All Students | Semester Bills Available | Bill for fall semester tuition and fees is posted. Payment or selection of a payment plan can be made between July 5–July 25. |
| July 22–August 30 | Students Seeking Employment | Apply For Campus Jobs | Apply for open jobs through Handshake. Students who have been awarded Student Employment/Work Study as part of their financial aid package are given priority in the hiring process during this time. |
| July 25 | All Students | DEADLINE: Payment in Full or Monthly Payment Plan Set-Up | Deadline for paying or selecting a payment plan for fall tuition and fees. |
| July 25 | Students Waiving College Health Insurance | DEADLINE: Student Health Insurance Waiver | Deadline for requesting a waiver of the College Student Health Insurance Plan. |
| July 25 | Students Waiving Tuition Refund Insurance | DEADLINE: Tuition Refund Insurance Waiver | Deadline for opting out of the Tuition Refund Insurance Plan. |
| July–August | Students Bringing Vehicles or Bikes to Campus | Vehicle or Bicycle Registration | Vehicle and bicycle registration opens. Registration must be completed by the start of classes. |
| August | Students Seeking Employment | Bring Original Documents to Campus | If you have been hired for a job on campus, ensure you have all necessary original documents with you before you depart from home to share with HR. |
| August 3 | All Students | DEADLINE: Complete Health Education Trainings | Students will receive an email in July with links to three trainings, "Sexual Violence Prevention" and "Alcohol and Other Drugs Prevention, and “Hazing Awareness and Prevention." |
| August 20-21 | International Students | International Student Pre-Orientation | International Students Pre-orientation takes place. |
| August 21 | All Students | Move-in | Move-in day! Check-in will happen when you move in. |
