The Payroll Office administers the College's timekeeping application and processes payroll.

Web Clock

Davidson College uses Oracle Web Clock to (login required) for reporting and approving hours worked and leave taken. The Oracle Support Site (login required) has many resources for utilizing the Web Clock application, scheduling leave and approving absences.

Tax Forms

W-2 and W-4 information can be found in Oracle. Form NC-4 (State) can be accessed at the NCDOR site. Submit the completed form to the Payroll Department.
