Technical Skill-Building Partnerships

The Matthews Center is proud to partner with various organizations to provide technical skill-building opportunities for Davidson students. These partnerships assist students in building necessary skills for careers in business, finance, tech, and more.

For the Vanderbilt Summer Immersion and Tuck Business Bridge programs, scholarships are available annually. For more information, students can check out our Resource Guide.

This program provides participants with essential business skills through a combination of an intensive classroom experience and hands-on practical experience. This program is excellent for students preparing for careers in finance and business.

This program offers technical upskilling with Excel and SQL, as well as in the areas of project management. Partnering with Colgate University, this cohort modeled program is excellent for students preparing for careers in business, finance, tech, and more!

This program prepares participants for careers in finance and business. Each year, the Matthews Center is proud to partner with Wells Fargo to provide students live training through a combination of in person and virtual workshops in areas such as: Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Valuation, Excel Modeling, and Technical Interview Prep. Additionally, the “What’s in a Bank” program helps students explore various opportunities within finance.
