Vehicle Reservations

Motor Pool vehicle reservations may be made online or via the Vehicle Request Form. All vehicle requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the date of use.

Cancellations

Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Any vehicle not canceled 24 hours before the reservation is subject to assessment of full reservation charges.

Office Location

We are located at 209 Ridge Road between the soccer practice fields and McMillan House. Parking is available at the bottom of the drive. The Motor Pool Office is the last office on the right.

Key Pick-Up

Vehicle keys can be picked up from Julie Knox at the Warehouse located at 209 Ridge Road. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.

Vehicle Pick-Up

With a key in hand, pick up a reserved vehicle at the time indicated on the request form in Bay 3 of the Baker Sports parking lot (closest to Concord Rd).

Vehicle Drop-Off

At the end of the lease period, the vehicle is to be returned to Ramsey Parking Lot. Pick up excess trash and check the vehicle for personal belongings. Place the key in the pouch, lock the vehicle and drop the pouch in the black drop-box located near the entrance to the parking area.
