Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit that the college provides allowing for free, confidential counseling for employees and their family members.
Counselors provided through the college’s EAP can help with many concerns, and use of the EAP is held in strict confidence. Employees and their family members are provided annually with up to six free sessions each with an EAP counselor (and after six sessions the EAP can refer to a provider who is in-network with our healthcare system).
To access the EAP, simply call 866-799-2728 and tell them you are with Davidson College. Sessions can be by phone, virtual, or in-person. You can also send an email toanswers@HealthAdvocate.com or quickly reach Health Advocate by visiting their website, HealthAdvocate.com/members
