The Department of Public Safety & Campus Police and community members work continually to ensure a safe and secure environment for all students, staff and faculty members.

Although the college campus is among the safest places you can be, it is important to remain alert and prepared, and to know what to do if you are threatened or attacked.

Safe Rides Program The Safe Rides program provides students with a safe mode of transportation during the academic school year.

Sexual Assault Sexual assault in any form is a devastating crime. It includes but is not limited to: forced sexual intercourse (rape), sodomy (oral or anal sexual acts), child molestation, incest, fondling and attempted rape, as well as communicating threats.

Fire Safety Davidson publishes its fire safety records and statistics and has set fire policies, fire prevention equipment, and applied safety measures.
