The Role of the Title IX Coordinator
The “Title IX Coordinator” is responsible for overseeing the College’s response to Title IX reports and complaints and identifying and addressing any patterns or systemic problems revealed by such reports and complaints. The Title IX Coordinator also has responsibility for weighing a student’s request for confidentiality and determining whether supportive measures are appropriate. The Title IX Coordinator is available to advise all parties about the courses of action available at the College and action available externally, including reports to law enforcement.
Report An Incident
Any member (faculty, staff, or student) or recognized group or organization of the college community may use the reporting form to notify the Title IX Coordinator of about possible sexual misconduct, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence or domestic violence. Each report of information is reviewed by the Title IX Coordinator. Upon receipt and review of the report, the Title IX Coordinator will reach out to the person who has possibly experienced harm to provide resource and resolution options. Please note that submitting this report does not result in an automatic violation of college policy or disciplinary record for involved parties.
